If the fit isn’t right, something arrives damaged, or there’s another issue with your order, contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Because some Holdout products may be produced in limited quantities or through Kickstarter, size exchanges may depend on available inventory. We’ll always do our best to find a solution.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if there’s a problem with your order or you’d like to request an exchange.

Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition unless the issue is a defect or damage that occurred before delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we’ll take care of it.
